Vipin Narang is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Government, Harvard University, where he focuses on nuclear proliferation in regional powers. In particular, his dissertation explores the sources of regional power nuclear postures and their consequent effect on deterring conflict.

Venkatesh Narayanamurti was formerly the Dean of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Dean of Physical Sciences at Harvard. He obtained his Ph.D. in Physics from Cornell University. He lectures widely on solid state, computer, and communication technologies and on the management of science, technology, and public policy.

Thomas M. Nichols is a professor of National Security Affairs, and the former Chairman of the Strategy Department, at the U.S. Naval War College. He is also a former U.S. Senate staff member. His most recent book is Eve of Destruction: The Coming Age of Preventive War. His current project is on the reform of nuclear strategy.

Ragnhild Nordås is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Her research interests include the effects of religion on political violence, non-state actors in civil war, state repression, group inequality and conflict, and environmental/climatic factors, and armed conflict.
