Dr. Jesus Reyes Heroles, CEO of Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) will be talking about the outlook of the energy picture in Mexico and its repercussion on North America's Energy Security. The talk will have a particular emphasis on the role and future challenges of oil policy in this country.

This event is co-sponsored with the Harvard University Mexican Association.
