Lecture by Ariane Koenig on Food Safety and International Trade

The introduction of GM foods into the global economy has inspired considerable debate over its safety for the environment and human health. These concerns now threaten the establishment of this new generation of products in the global market place.

*Note that this event is presented in conjunction with the Kennedy School of Government course, PED-118: Global Governance of Biotechnology.
