Experience
John Wagner is Managing Partner and CIO at Camden Asset Management, L.P. Mr. Wagner has been managing convertible portfolios since 1987 and oversees the portfolio management team. He continues to manage a portion of Camden’s U.S. convertible arbitrage book. Prior to founding Camden in 1991, Mr. Wagner worked as a Portfolio Manager at Westridge Capital focusing on convertibles, index and warrant arbitrage. Mr. Wagner has a BA in Physics from UCLA, MS in Physics from UCLA, and an MSEE in Physics from UCLA.
