Experience

 Constance Milstein is Principal Partner of Milstein Properties, a New York City property development company, and of Milstein Ventures, her family's investment company.  A Director of Emigrant Savings Bank, Ms. Milstein is also a Director of the New York City Opera, and a Board Member of the New York City Parks Foundation, the New York Presbyterian Hospital, the American Hospital of Paris, and the Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island Foundation.  She also serves as a Member of the Board of Overseers of Seton Hall University School of Diplomacy and International Relations (SODIR), as a Co-Chair of the Humpty Dumpty Institute, and as a Board Member of Refugees International and the UN Watch.  Ms. Milstein holds a Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from North Carolina Central University Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University.
