J. Christopher Reyes is one of the founders and Chairman of Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. Reyes Holdings is a leading provider of food and beverage distribution services in North, Central and South America. Food distribution operations are comprised of The Martin-Brower Company, L.L.C., the largest supplier worldwide of distribution services to the McDonald's restaurant system. Beer distribution operations represent the largest malt beverage distribution organization in the United States. Other related operations include businesses involved in transportation management, logistics management and consulting, equipment leasing, and real estate acquisition and development.
Among other affiliations, Mr. Reyes is a director of The Allstate Corporation, Fortune Brands, Inc., Wintrust Financial Corporation, Lake Forest Bank and Trust, Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago, Children's Memorial Hospital, Northwestern Memorial Foundation, Museum of Science and Industry, Belfer Center International Council at the Harvard Kennedy School, Lyric Opera of Chicago, Ronald McDonald House Charities, World Business Chicago, El Valor and Lake Forest Academy. He also is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago, Executive Club of Chicago and the Commercial Club of Chicago.
Mr. Reyes earned a B.S. from the University of Maryland. He lives with his wife, Anne, and four children in Lake Forest, Illinois.
