Yue Guo is a research fellow in the Center for Science, Technology & Education Policy, Tsinghua University, and a doctoral candidate in the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University. His chief research interests are science and technology policy, energy policy, and policy process.
Eben Harrell
Associate, Project on Managing the Atom
Eben Harrell is an associate at the Project on Managing the Atom in the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School. His research interests include nuclear security and safety, nuclear nonproliferation, and the future of nuclear energy and climate change.
Melissa Hathaway
Senior Advisor, Explorations in Cyber International Relations
Melissa Hathaway, former acting senior director for cyberspace at the National Security Council, has joined the Belfer Center as a senior advisor to its cyber security initiative, Project Minerva, a joint effort between the Department of Defense, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Harvard University.
Olli Heinonen
Senior Fellow, Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs
Before joining the Belfer Center as a senior fellow in August 2010, Olli Heinonen spent 27 years at the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna. Heinonen spent the last five years as Deputy Director General of the IAEA, and head of its Department of Safeguards.
Susan Hockfield
Marie Curie Visiting Professor, Harvard Kennedy School
Member of the Board, Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs
Susan Hockfield, former president of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is the Marie Curie Visiting Professor at the Harvard Kennedy School for 2012–2013. She is a member of the Belfer Center Board.
William Hogan
Raymond Plank Professor of Global Energy Policy
William W. Hogan is research director of the Harvard Electricity Policy Group (HEPG), which is examining alternative strategies for a more competitive electricity market. Current research focuses on major energy industry restructuring, network pricing and access issues, market design, and energy policy in nations worldwide.
