Melissa Chan earned her Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon (2008). Her contribution to the Energy Research, Development, Demonstration & Deployment (ERD3) Policy project will be a set of federal R&D budgets and technology portfolios that can reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions.
Ho-Kun Chang
Research Fellow, International Security Program/Project on Managing the Atom
Major General Ho-Kun Chang retired from the Republic of Korea Air Force and is currently a senior fellow at the Korea Institute for Crisis Management Analysis in Seoul, Korea. He recently published a book titled Preventive Diplomacy: The Cases on the Missed and Seized Opportunities on the Korean Peninsula Focusing on Early Warning (in Korean).
William Clark

William C. Clark is the Harvey Brooks Professor of International Science, Public Policy and Human Development. Trained as an ecologist, his research focuses on the interactions of environment, development and security concerns in international affairs, with a special emphasis on the role of science and technology in shaping those interactions.
Walt Cooper

Walt Cooper is a Major in the United States Army and a PhD student in the Government Department at Harvard.
Tarek Coury

Tarek Coury is a Research Associate with The Dubai Initiative and Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the Dubai School of Government. Dr Coury's current research is on the political economy and macroeconomics of the Gulf States.
Teresa Cravo
Research Fellow, International Security Program/Intrastate Conflict Program
Teresa de Almeida Cravo is a doctoral candidate at the Centre of International Studies of Cambridge University. She is working on a critique of democratic transitions in post-conflict states in Africa, focusing on Mozambique and Guinea-Bissau.
