Trevor Findlay is a professor and Director of the Canadian Centre for Treaty Compliance at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, where he holds the William and Jeanie Barton Chair in International Affairs.
Michèle Flournoy

Michèle Flournoy is a Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. She is also a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group. From 2009 to 2012, she served as the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy.
Chuck Freilich

Chuck Freilich was Israel's deputy national security adviser. He has published a book on Israeli national security decision-making. His primary areas of expertise are U.S. Middle East policy, Israeli national security policy, and Middle Eastern affairs. He earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University.
Jeffrey A. Friedman
Research Fellow, International Security Program
Jeffrey Friedman is a Ph.D. Candidate in Public Policy at Harvard University whose research focuses on the theoretical and empirical foundations of military doctrine and strategy. Prior to his doctoral studies, Jeff held research positions for the World Bank and the Council on Foreign Relations.
