Kelly Sims Gallagher is Associate Professor of Energy and Environmental Policy at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She previously directed the Belfer Center's Energy Technology Innovation Policy (ETIP) research group.
Jose Gomez-Ibanez
Professor of Public Policy and Urban Planning; Faculty Affiliate, Environment and Natural Resources Program
José A. Gómez-Ibáñez is Derek C. Bok Professor of Urban Planning and Public Policy. His research interests are primarily in the area of transportation policy and urban development and in privatization and regulation of infrastructure.
Kelly M. Greenhill
Research Fellow, International Security Program
Kelly M. Greenhill is an Associate Professor at Tufts University. Much of her research focuses on the use of military force and what are frequently called "new security challenges," including civil wars and humanitarian disasters, (counter-)insurgencies, and transnational criminal activities.
Yue Guo

Yue Guo is a research fellow in the Center for Science, Technology & Education Policy, Tsinghua University, and a doctoral candidate in the School of Public Policy and Management at Tsinghua University. His chief research interests are science and technology policy, energy policy, and policy process.
