Meghan O'Sullivan

Meghan L. O'Sullivan is the Jeane Kirkpatrick Professor of International Affairs at Harvard Kennedy School. She teaches courses on American foreign policy, focusing on the Middle East and South Asia. Previously, she was Special Assistant to President George W. Bush and Deputy National Security Advisor for Iraq and Afghanistan.
Amy Oakes
Research Fellow, International Security Program/Project on Managing the Atom
Amy Oakes received her Ph.D. in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 2006. Her research interests include the domestic causes of war and nuclear nonproliferation. She is currently working on a book manuscript that examines whether governments provoke international crises in response to domestic unrest.
