Balachandra Patil has been a faculty member of the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, India, since 1989. His current research interests are technology policy needs for addressing India's energy demand-supply and energy access gaps, climate-change mitigation as a stimulus for rural energy access, and sustainable energy technologies.
T. Negeen Pegahi
Research Fellow, Project on Managing the Atom/International Security Program
T. Negeen Pegahi is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the University of Chicago. Her research interests focus on international relations theory and security studies, specifically the causes and consequences of nuclear proliferation.
Nigel Pont

Nigel Pont is the Program Director for the State Building program. Nigel has recently completed two and a half years as Mercy Corps' Afghanistan Country Director.
Robert S. Pope
Research Fellow, International Security Program
Lieutenant Colonel Rob Pope has been on active duty in the United States Air Force for 18 years and has held a number of assignments in strategic communication and public affairs, strategic planning, WMD counterproliferation, and directed energy weapons intelligence.
