Joe Aldy is an Assistant Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and a Nonresident Fellow at Resources for the Future. His research focuses on climate change policy, energy policy, and mortality risk valuation. Previously, he served as the Co-Director of the Harvard Project on International Climate Agreements.

Kelly Sims Gallagher is Associate Professor of Energy and Environmental Policy at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She previously directed the Belfer Center's Energy Technology Innovation Policy (ETIP) research group.

Calestous Juma is Professor of the Practice of International Development and Director of the Science, Technology, and Globalization Project. He holds a Ph.D. in science and technology policy studies and has written widely on science, technology, and the environment.
David Keith

David Keith has worked near the interface between climate science, energy technology, and public policy for twenty years. His academic appointments are at Harvard where he serves as the Gordon McKay Professor of Applied Physics in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Henry Lee is the Director of the Environment and Natural Resources Program. Before joining the School in 1979, Mr. Lee spent nine years in Massachusetts state government as Director of the State's Energy Office.
