He is Director of the Future of Diplomacy Project and Faculty Chair for the Programs on the Middle East and on India and South Asia. He serves on the Board of Directors of the School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.

Dara Kay Cohen's research and teaching interests span the field of international relations, including international security, civil war and the dynamics of violence during conflict, and gender and international relations. Her current book project examines the variation in the use of sexual violence during recent civil conflicts.
Ethan Corbin

Ethan Corbin is a Ph.D. candidate in the International Security Studies Program at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. He has published on topics ranging from Syrian foreign policy, peacekeeping operations, and insurgency and counter-insurgency warfare.

Tytti Erästö has a Ph.D. in International Relations from Tampere University, Finland. Her interests include nonproliferation, nuclear disarmament, Middle East politics, conflict management, and English School theory.
Chuck Freilich
Senior Fellow, International Security Program
Chuck Freilich was Israel's deputy national security adviser. He has published a book on Israeli national security decision-making. His primary areas of expertise are U.S. Middle East policy, Israeli national security policy, and Middle Eastern affairs. He earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University.
Kelly M. Greenhill
Research Fellow, International Security Program
Kelly M. Greenhill is an Associate Professor at Tufts University. Much of her research focuses on the use of military force and what are frequently called "new security challenges," including civil wars and humanitarian disasters, (counter-)insurgencies, and transnational criminal activities.
Juliette Kayyem

Juliette N. Kayyem, the national security and foreign policy columnist for the Boston Globe and on the faculty at the Harvard Kennedy School, has spent nearly fifteen years in counterterrorism, homeland security, and emergency management arena.

Rami Khouri serves as editor-at-large of the Beirut-based Daily Star newspaper. He is also the director of the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs at the American University of Beirut.
