Research Fellow, Project on Managing the Atom/International Security Program
Yvonne Yew is a research fellow with the International Security Program and Project on Managing the Atom. A former Singapore diplomat, she has worked on regional and multilateral issues in Asia and in Europe.
Nussaibah Younis
Research Fellow, International Security Program
Nussaibah Younis' research focuses on the impact of state weakness on Iraqi foreign policymaking since 2003 and Iraq's post-war state structure. She has published on the relationship between sectarianism and Iraq's post-war electoral system.
Chao Zhang
Giorgio Ruffolo Doctoral Postdoctoral Fellow, Sustainability Science Program/Energy Technology Innovation Policy research group
Chao Zhang's research focuses on environmental policy assessment and the role of technologies in achieving sustainability, with emphasis on the application of modeling tools and environmental system analysis methods. Chao is contributing to collaborative work with the Initiative on Sustainable Energy Development in China.
Hui Zhang
Senior Research Associate, Project on Managing the Atom
Hui Zhang is a Senior Research Associate in the Project on Managing the Atom at the Belfer Center. His research includes verification techniques of nuclear arms control, the control of fissile material, nuclear terrorism, China’s nuclear policy, nuclear safeguards and non-proliferation, policy of nuclear fuel cycle and reprocessing.
Yun Zhou
Research Fellow, Project on Managing the Atom/International Security Program
Yun Zhou received her Ph.D. in nuclear engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2006. Her current research interests include international security implications under a global nuclear expansion scenario and alternative nuclear technologies such as small reactor designs without on-site refueling for developing countries.
Jianyu Zhu
Stanton Nuclear Security Postdoctoral Fellow, International Security Program/Project on Managing the Atom
ZHU Jianyu works at Center for Strategic Studies, China Academy of Engineering Physics (CSS, CAEP). He received a Ph.D. in nuclear physics from Peking University. He current research focuses on nuclear policy analysis and technological problems in the field of nuclear security and nuclear disarmament.
Dorothy Shore Zinberg
Belfer Center For Science and International Affairs
Dorothy Shore Zinberg is an Associate at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School. A founding member of the Belfer Center, she taught "Issues in Science, Technology and Public Policy" at HKS.

Robert B. Zoellick is a Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, and Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
Daniel E. Zoughbie
Research Fellow, International Security Program
Dr. Daniel E. Zoughbie previously taught at the University of California, Berkeley, and was a visiting scholar at the Center on Democracy, Development, and the Rule of Law at Stanford University. His research examines U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East.
