Målfrid Braut-Hegghammer is a Research Fellow at the Norwegian Institute for Defence Studies and a final-year Ph.D. student at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focuses on theories of nuclear proliferation and the cases of Libya and Iraq.

Heidi Brockmann is a Belfer Center Ph.D fellow and an active duty Army intelligence officer currently pursuing a Ph.D. in American politics in the Harvard University Department of Government.

Matthew Bunn is an Associate Professor at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. His research interests include nuclear theft and terrorism; nuclear proliferation and measures to control it; and the future of nuclear energy and its fuel cycle.

Melissa Chan
Research Fellow, Energy Research, Development, Demonstration & Deployment Policy Project, Energy Technology Innovation Policy research group
Melissa Chan earned her Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon (2008). Her contribution to the Energy Research, Development, Demonstration & Deployment (ERD3) Policy project will be a set of federal R&D budgets and technology portfolios that can reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions.
Ho-Kun Chang
Research Fellow, International Security Program/Project on Managing the Atom
Major General Ho-Kun Chang retired from the Republic of Korea Air Force and is currently a senior fellow at the Korea Institute for Crisis Management Analysis in Seoul, Korea. He recently published a book titled Preventive Diplomacy: The Cases on the Missed and Seized Opportunities on the Korean Peninsula Focusing on Early Warning (in Korean).
William Clark

William C. Clark is the Harvey Brooks Professor of International Science, Public Policy and Human Development. Trained as an ecologist, his research focuses on the interactions of environment, development and security concerns in international affairs, with a special emphasis on the role of science and technology in shaping those interactions.
