- Nuclear Threat Initiative: NTI's mission is to strengthen global security by reducing the risk of use and preventing the spread of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons. NTI seeks to raise public awareness, serve as a catalyst for new thinking and take direct action to reduce these threats. In addition to Mr. Turner and Senator Nunn, NTI is guided by an experienced, international Board of Directors who share a common goal of taking action to reduce the gap between the global threats and the global response. - The Ploughshares Fund: The Ploughshares Fund is a public grantmaking foundation that supports initiatives to prevent the spread and use of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons and other weapons of war, and to prevent conflicts that could lead to the use of weapons of mass destruction.
- Endowment funds of the Science, Technology, and Public Policy Program of the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs: the STPP Program applies methods drawn from technology assessment, political science, economics, management, and law to study problems where science, technology, and policy intersect. Our goal is to develop and promote policies that expand the contribution of science and technology to human welfare.
