Joshua Busby, ISP Research Fellow, 2004–2005, is Assistant Professor of Public Affairs at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, University of Texas at Austin. Vanda Felbab-Brown, ISP/Intrastate Conflict Program Research Fellow 2005–2007, received the Harold D. Lasswell Award for the best doctoral dissertation in the field of policy studies (supported by the Policy Studies Organization). Her dissertation is entitled “Shooting Up: The Impact of Illicit Economies on Military Conflict.”
Kevin Narizny, ISP Research Fellow, 2002–2005, has been appointed Assistant Professor of International Relations at Lehigh University. Dr. Narizny has just published The Political Economy of Grand Strategy (Ithaca, N.Y.: Cornell University Press, 2007).
Patrick Cohrs, ISP Research Fellow, 2005–2006, is now Assistant Professor in the Department of History at Yale University.
