Project Co-Director Robert N. Stavins spoke at a Special Session of the World Energy Congress (WEC) entitled "Architectures for Agreement: Climate Change Policy Post 2012" on November 15, 2007, in Rome, Italy.
Carlo Carraro of the University of Venice, the Euro Mediterranean Center on Climate Change, and Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei also spoke at the same Special Session. Halldor Thorgeirsson, director of Sustainable Development Mechanisms for the UNFCCC Secretariat, presented at the WEC "Geopolitics of Climate Change" Special Session.
