The Spring 2009 issue of the Belfer Center newsletter features recent and upcoming activities, research, and analysis by members of the Center community on critical global issues. This issue highlights Center faculty, affiliates, and alumni who have been asked to serve in key positions of the Obama administration.

The Spring 2009 newsletter also features: an action agenda for the new president to prevent nuclear terrorism; recommendations to enhance energy innovation in the U.S.;a climate solutions summit co-sponsored with Al Gore; and a report on governance in Africa. In addition, the newsletter spotlights Niall Ferguson, a member of the Belfer Center Board of Directors and Meghan O’Sullivan, Center lecturer in public policy, and includes a tribute to Center colleague Richard Darman.
