Professor Anil Gupta, India's widely acclaimed "The Innovation Guru," shared his experiences and engaged candidly with the audience at an event sponsored by the Science, Technology, and Globalization Project on October 4, 2010.

Gupta co-founded India's National Innovation Foundation (NIF, 2000, www.nifindia.org) to make that country an innovative and creative society and a global leader in sustainable technologies. NIF has mobilized more than 140,000 innovations and traditional knowledge practices from all over India, the largest database of its kind anywhere.
